We want our customers to feel confident when purchasing a yurt from us. Please review our refund and cancellation terms carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
- Within 3 Business Days: If you cancel your order within 3 business days of purchase, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
- Between 3 Business Days and 30 Calendar Days: If you cancel between 3 business days and 30 calendar days after ordering, you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit.
- After 30 Calendar Days: If you cancel after 30 calendar days, the entire deposit is non-refundable.
Manufacturing Delays
If manufacturing of your yurt is delayed by more than 90 days (excluding delays caused by force majeure events), you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund of your deposit.
Important Notes
- Deposits are required to secure your yurt order.
- Force majeure events include but are not limited to natural disasters, strikes, shipping delays outside our control, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- This policy applies to all custom and standard yurt orders unless otherwise stated in writing.
