We purchased a 6m diameter yurt from 'Yurt Specialists' 2 years ago for 'Theatre on the Farm' near Thame in Oxfordshire. The yurt has proven to be a unique and special space for a variety of activities - singing groups, acting workshops, counselling sessions, yoga and meditation sessions, an amazing backdrop and 'set' for outdoor theatre productions. We have been impressed with the quality of the yurt itself and have been immensely grateful to Jessie and Eliot for their knowledge, help and support. They have provided prompt and invaluable advice and practical help when asked.

We bought the 4.2 diameter ex-show yurt from yurt specialist and it’s been a great experience from start to finish. The yurt was immaculate and beautifully wrapped. The level of excellent craftsmanship of the components is outstanding. The wooden trellises and roof poles are carefully crafted and the crown has lovely hand painted traditional designs. The green and gold door is a delight! All the canvas covers are sewn, strong and durable, well insulated which we have tested during a Greek heatwave. The level of customer support has been outstanding, in terms of response and service. We thoroughly recommend both their yurts and the company. We have even named our new stray kitten Genghis, as we were thrilled to discover the key fob on the door had an image of Genghis Khan.

We brought two yurts for our nursery. Children loved it very much. Parents were thrilled with it. The music sections in the yurt had a fantastic effect.
The yurt was bright inside. We barely use any lighting inside the yurt. Thank you very much to both Jessie and Eliot!

I brought a 6m diameter yurt for our yoga retreat. The yurt was beautifully set and became more and more popular. Both Eliot and Jessie were very helpful in this process. We could not have asked more.

We purchased a yurt from Yurt Specialists a few months back as an extended guest room.
The yurt itself is stunning - solid construction, gorgeous woodwork, and detailed instructions (last winter was chilly, but inside the yurt was warm and toasty).
Delivery was on time, and everything arrived in perfect condition.
I highly recommend Yurt Specialists if you’re looking for a well-built, brilliant yurt with a professional, supportive team behind it.

The “Summer-Only” Trap: Is Your Land Sitting Idle 6 Months a Year?
You’ve got the land and the vision, but as you look at the glamping market, you realize it’s becoming crowded. Standard bell tents are everywhere, and flimsy “pop-up” structures are flooding the booking sites.
You’re worried about being just another listing on Airbnb, forced to slash prices just to get a guest. You fear investing your hard-earned capital into something that feels “cheap,” requires constant repairs, or worst of all, fails to provide the luxury experience guests are willing to pay a premium for.
The Hidden Cost of “Cheap” Structures
Think about the cost of “doing it wrong.” Picture a rainy Tuesday in October. Your guests arrive to a damp, cold tent. They leave a scathing 1-star review about the “drafty” experience, and suddenly, your booking calendar goes bone-dry.
Physically, you’ll feel the exhaustion of constant maintenance: fighting mould and patching thin canvas. Financially, you are literally watching money evaporate. Every winter month your site sits empty is a missed opportunity for thousands in revenue. If you don’t offer a truly insulated and weather-proof experience, your dream of land-based income becomes a high-stress, low-return nightmare.
A Professional-Grade Asset Built for 365-Day Revenue
It doesn’t have to be a gamble. Yurt Specialists provides the definitive solution to turn your land into a high-yield, year-round luxury destination. Our Mongolian Yurts aren’t just tents; they are hand-crafted, FSC-certified timber sanctuaries.
• Year-Round Revenue: With thick sheep-wool felt insulation and wood-burning stove kits, our yurts stay cosy in the depths of winter. Stop losing 50% of the year; start booking 365 days of “hygge” comfort.
• The Wow Factor: From hand-carved doors to light-filled interiors, our glamping yurts earn the 5-star reviews that keep your calendar full and your nightly rates high.
• Full Professional Support: We don’t just ship a box. We offer professional pitching, maintenance, and lifetime after-sales support to ensure your business runs smoothly from day one.
Real Results: From 5-Week ROI to 10-Year Durability
We don’t just claim our yurts are a better investment. We have the data and the history to prove it:
• Unbeatable Returns: When landowners choose quality, the market responds. Look at how three yurts helped Spire View Yurts become a standout destination, achieving a potential payback period in as little as 5 to 6 weeks.
• Proven Longevity: Forget the “throwaway” culture of modern glamping. We recently revisited a 6.7m yurt built in 2013 that is still performing brilliantly today. This is an asset that earns for you for decades, not just seasons.
Stop Losing Revenue to the Seasons
Don’t let another year pass with an empty field. Whether you are looking for a luxury glamping setup or a unique garden room, we have the expertise to make your project a success.
